I did some googling to figure out what a "noosphere" is. Very simply, the noosphere is a theoretical third "sphere" of Earth (after the geosphere and biosphere) that consists of humanity's collective consciousness. Just as the formation of life altered the geosphere (rocks and dirt), so too has human cognition altered the biosphere (all living things). The noosphere theory is humanity will ultimately evolve into a hive minded superorganism, retaining individuality while somehow being part of a greater whole. It is as bizarre as it sounds. The entire article explores the moral and philosophical possibilities of such an evolution.

I'm not a christian but I do have some knowledge of Tielhard, so I can try to summarize the article:

In the future, with automation and AI, a lot of menial physical and intellectual labour won't be needed to be performed by humans anymore. This was inevitable as man masters the forces of nature. Tielhard believed that over time, humans will become more empathetic, more loving, we will see the consciousness in everything and each other, and this will cause some kind of mental evolution, where humans act godly and in perfect synchronization with each other's feelings and need, and when this happens, it will be as much of a change in human experience as when we discovered fire.

But, modern elites don't want this possible evolution and wish to remain in control because they are "Luciferian Ahrimanics", which means that they do not understand the possibility of godly humans living with love in perfect harmony, they want to impose it through technology, either plugging people into a digital world (metaverse) and/or combining human flesh with electronics, I suppose the author thinks they want to create some kind of borg hivemind (this is what he's referring to by "techno-fascist super organism"). This is bad because it will result in humans living in harmony but controlled by an artificial intelligence instead of God, making the "techno-fascist super-organism supra-ordinate to human individuality and relationship".
