"WHY not just make evidence for the government?" To be fair, I might be reaching a bit here, but could this be construed as him trying to hide evidence from the state?
Just along the lines of "stop talking about the case, NICK" he thinks he's being clever. But could this be portrayed as him knowingly trying to withhold or deny evidence? Or again, the state probably doesn't even need to go this route.

But something like "Why make evidence for the government?" Oh so this is evidence then eh? And you know it, and you're trying to stop CPS from having it?

How realistic is it that Nick is so terminally online due to a combination of factors (eg. isolation, resentment of wife/kids, porn sickness, brain damage through drugs/alcohol etc) that he really believes in his mind that he's fighting this case against everyone talking online vs in real life in a court of law. And if he wins here it's like it all goes away? I mean can he really not discern between the two anymore? He's seemed to feel the same way in talking about the Monty case. I loled when he streamed last week and said "I'm not going to be talking about my case. Anyone who watches my channel should know that."
Lmao like bro I only know you'll talk about your case bc I've seen your channel. Fucking retard, how are so many people getting clipped saying he's smart.

The absolute chutzpah to be a criminal child abuser and still have what looks like a Ranger badge as your avatar.

Edit: I meant abuser not molester. I just saw vito

He already gave them the hair. I don't see why he's sperging about that.

I dunno, because a negative test result would be EXCULPATORY fucking evidence? Something a fucking lawyer should know you coked out fucking yam. Thank god this cognitive sigularity never represented someone on trial for murder, apparently he would advise a client to refuse to provide an alibi for the same reason.

It just makes it so obvious how damaged he is that he thinks this looks fine. Any actual human being would be hounding the shit out of anyone and everyone 24/7 until they got their children back. He'd rather prioritize dragging his feet, acting like a jackass, and taking potshots at some comic book guy.

Lol but he did talk to cops.
This is just further evidence he doesn't care about his own children.
If you're absolutely clean and have nothing to hide, and the evil government is sending their Dark CPS Legion to kidnap your kids, and everyone is out to get you, and you have no ways to fight the system - you can still be ultratransparent and proactive in showing people that you're being treated unfairly.
If Nicks' children would be his priority, he wouldn't care about anything else, including his own rights- he'd stream himself doing coke tests, send daily test results to CPS, do a stream walking around in his house, approve release of bodycam, get Kayla to speak online, show texts, calls, emails, explain how 26 grams of coke appeared in his house, do a tell all stream.
If Nick would be genuinely hounded by the government, he'd be able to do quite a lot to prove it.
But in his previous xitter, the very first sentence he typed was "There is no requirement".

Of course. There is no requirement to fight for your children. One day they will forget you exist anyway, so who cares. You can just keep snorting and drinking and fucking around, and never have to keep yourself accountable and be responsible. Who cares. There is no requirement.

He's unable to reflect on his streams being used as evidence against himself. He actually recorded enough of his life for the government to view such that it was used to obtain a search warrant. He's so worried about beating the immediate threat (Not the Twitter mob, eek) that he makes nonsensical arguments, and provides enough ammunition to the prosecutors that they can easily show him for what he is on trial even if he never takes the stand.

This is breathtaking stupidity.

I guess I don't understand the order to undergo drug tests and then not providing them. The order for the drug tests wasn't part of the criminal trial, but the CPS investigation, right? Could the drug test results taken for CPS be used as evidence in the criminal trial? If yes, then what purpose would he have for not turning over the results of the tests, considering that the police have overwhelming evidence that he and Kayla were doing coke, unless the defense strategy is to say that actually April was the only one doing it?
If the drug tests for CPS CAN'T be used as evidence in the criminal trial, then I don't understand the purpose of hiding the test results.

This is the most egregious one to me. Even without the recent "8y child with a cocaine test positive" document, negligence constitutes child abuse fucktard.
Man the prosecutor must be overjoyed with Nick's propensity to talk about is case while seething on Twitter. I wonder if this will come up during sentencing along with all the times Nick has acted completely unrepentant about his actions.

I think it's a case of, getting raided and seeing your two cracked out corpse ladies crying and your kids crying, probably pretty sobering. But then he came home and read Twitter for 3 days or so. Saw some people had this bullshit sovcit sweep running and decided oh yeah fuck those cops they can keep my kids forever I'm not licking no govboot.

Or he just did it to get out of jail bc he was too broke to front the bond at first till later. And then the same thing happened.

And Dax said "He misses his kids."

My ass he does.
I wouldn't look deeply at anything that anyone in or around this case is saying.

People generally know what the "right" words are to say in a situation in order to stave off public pressure and stay out of trouble. No matter how dumb they are or what they actually think about it, they'll all still just go through the motions of saying whatever they have to, even if they don't actually mean it.
They know that they're "supposed" to give this particular right answer, and that the rest of us are then "supposed" to have a particular reaction to it (usually letting them off the hook). That's all that they're going for.

He says that he misses his kids. Okay. What else were we ever realistically going to hear from him?

Nick simultaneously begged CPS to do a walk through of his master bedroom (calling them 10 times) and told them to fuck off because he didn't want to give the state even more evidence.
