Nick is "technically" correct, in that allowing CPS in to your master bedroom is NOT a requirement for getting the kids back. Good job buddy, you win by pretending not to know what we're really talking about, and instead singling out a technicality in the language of the question poster. Congrats on wasting all our time and making a fool of yourself.
Back here in reality though, in the larger context, COOPERATING with CPS is basically a de-facto requirement to get the kids back. If you are uncooperative, for example not allowing them in the room where all the drugs were found, then no you are not likely to be on the road to get your kids back.
