I had a thought while this was all starting that I never aired because I thought it was out of line, the recant confirmation by Nick that the children weren't just being neglected but also abused has changed my mind on that. So here we go. I think that there's a good chance that April has either come on to or had sex with the eldest son. We know she does coke and MDMA and women on these drugs are extremely flirty. She's also reasonably attractive and if Aaron is to be believed we know that she really liked Nick and Kayla's kids.

I know exactly how you felt on airing any theory like that, but I think most people here have thought about it at least once. Especially after Aaron on the KC stream mentioned that something had occurred that made him not want to take his kids back to the Rekieta household. So I think your suspicions are worth while considering it could potentially be much worse that anyone has imagined. My theory, is that the kids have witnessed the adult activities either accidentally (due to carelessness by the adults there) or were permitted or even encouraged to witness the sexual activities of the adults. I personally believe that Nick did not accidentally leave a bullet of cocaine near Aaron's child and that it was intentional. I think Nick was using drugs (and the addiction that comes with it) to create the kind of environment where his and Aaron's children could be exploited in some way.

At which point, even something happened that one or more of the adults didn't like it could be explained off as a bad decision or judgement made by being under the influence. I base this off the following:

• Nicks association with sexual degenerates like Diddler Dax, Ethan 'i married a pedophile' Ralph (and their extended associations)
• Nicks admiration for fucking a teenage girl, like in the film 'American Beauty'
• Nicks growing hatred for anything faith based, decent and moral
• and most importantly the fact that the cocaine was near the sexual activity, and the kid was near the cocaine. Even if Nick states that he and the other adults kept the drugs away from the kids, then how the hell did the 9yr old get within proximity to the cocaine?
• Also I think the state suspected such things but didn't have enough to charge Kayla or Nick without sufficient evidence, which is why they have been looking for it and eventually discovered the coke.

I really hope that such theories are wrong, I really do, because that would be just beyond fucked of a situation. But Nick acting like he's a super star playboy and out right showing zero remorse or concern for his own children is very telling on his part.

No current charge against him is enhanced or reduced by the results of that drug test. If they hit him with new charges, the results would be public as part of trial evidence. I guess he could argue it taints the jury pool but it would be the same as the search warrant or body cam tainting the jury.

The people that had their rights violated by the leak are the kids, not Nick. Both the custody case and any future lawsuit regarding privacy are civil cases. Nick can be mad as a dad that his kids info was released but I don't think it has any bearing on his crim case.

Kayla has a different charge of child abuse than Nick, and one way to get that charge is to deliberately give kids controlled substances. So it may be that one day when Kayla was high off her ass, her daughter asked her for something and kept asking and Kayla got annoyed and fed her some cocaine and promptly forgot about it. Maybe the kid also was copying her parents sometimes, or her junkie parents kept a bit of the stash in her room at some point.
