I mean it's possible, but it will be hard to tell until he's been sober for some time (if that's even possible for him) since the sagging could be a result of intoxication and muscle relaxation. It's definitely not outside of the realm of possibilities, but chronic substance abuse like that has such an impact on someone's appearance that it's sometimes hard to tell if it's something medical or a result of long-term substance abuse.

He used AI filters before in a stream with Dax/ Juju fairly recently. Most likely he’s using that to appear less fucked up. I think he’s choosing his camera angles and filters more selectively now.

He’s standing rather than sitting because it likely allows better angles rather than him hunching over a desk or sinking into a chair when tipsy or high. He’d going to play up the narcolepsy as well.

It's amazing how little his supporters and orbiters have seemed to pick up on just how nasty of an individual Nick is at the core. Last night's stream was so much about directing his narcissistic rage at others daring to speculate on a very public LEGAL MATTER with publicly available information. Are they not aware they'd be on the same list if they dared to come to the "wrong" conclusions? At this point, I'm convinced it's a choice that they're overlooking this pattern.

Simply because according to Nick, they can't get the truth from anywhere but him. Even the courts are misinformed! Those silly courts and their fumbling of the evidence. Even though objectively it's been proven he's a liar and continues to lie, we must ignore all other indicators to the latter before we can even get close to the truth...!

He took his time before the stream to likely get his story straight and try to discredit the minor details he could. The dog thing was because there was no mention of Pets in the police report.

Somethings happened to the basement set up though. Why does he need to be elsewhere really. It's not a change for the better, the audio quality was awful.

It was to discredit Aaron because Aaron brought it up. It was pretty clear who he was seething at at various times. Aaron may have brought it up because of the thread though.

I don't think it was crazy speculation that the dog was gone, given away, whatever, because it wasn't mentioned in any of the documents we have seen publicly, and it was apparently being kept in exactly the area where they were doing drugs.

A family member of mine has a pug and I always affectionally called it an affront to god and a monument to mans hubris. God had nothing to do with the creation of pugs. I still love them though.

The basement was more than likely turned upside down during the warrant search. I would not be surprised if they even fought down there and everything is broken. Addicts tend to fight for the smallest amount of drugs and destroy shit and toss shit around.
