CGoody is, of course, a fucking idiot, as always. The Omnibus hearing was set by the judge for August 20th during Nick's initial appearance. The Kiwifarms had nothing to do with that. Nor could it. The hearing is happening. The only question is whether the Farms can convince the court to allow it to be broadcast.

I certainly think it possible that people closer to Nick might have known things the wider Internet didn't know, and they kept their mouths shut. Again, the Farms did not seem to believe swinging was a serious possibility until late 2022, but that doesn't mean it wasn't happening before then.

Yeah, but then again most fathers don't have hours and hours of footage showing how much of a failure they are as a parent. Kayla also has a few appearances, but nowhere near the volume of Balldo. Kayla can also be given the benefit of the doubt that her family at least were worried about the situation and as such are more fit to take the children in, whereas Nick's family (specifically his father) was aware of the situation (watching his streams) and have way more resources, yet did nothing to get them out of the house.

You're right, if he does a superficial rehab stint and at least appears to have stopped doing drugs he is in the clear though. Considering how he clearly believes there was nothing wrong with using drugs in front of the kids and has his peers bringing up dirty clothes as if that’s the only issue, he might have an ego large enough that he won’t.
