Going off the latest police reports and Nick's apathy/lack of accountability what's the over/under on Nick getting his family together for one last Benoit stream?
I've thought as much for a few weeks so it's still on the cards let's hope he isn't that stupid, but he is very stupid.

I assumed Nick would pay the full bail amount. He easily grifted millions over the past 3 years. Cows are so shitty with money, it's ridiculous.

If he shows, he gets that back minus the $5K or whatever the bail bondsman charges. It does suggest that whatever his financial situation, he doesn't have $50K lying around or he'd save the $5K and just put up the entire amount.
Maybe he can sell back some of those $10,000 impulse purchase paintings. Lol, lmao even.

Dare I say... lmfao?
So he used enough drugs to piss away all those super chats.
Let's give a toast to Nick Rekieta and his long lost toast money. May the echoes of his virulent legal commentary bounce off the desolate landscape of his dirty laundry-riddled wasteland of a crack house for years to come. His financial prosperity approaches zero as his coke usage grows to infinity. Cheers!

But… but my e-daddy Nick said he has gotten rid of all the alcohol in his house! Total vindication.
Date is Tuesday. So he made it through the Memorial Day weekend and then immediately ran to the bail bondsman. He probably thinks he deserves another drink.

Kayla not having paid the bond tells me it’s highly possible Kayla has retained her own counsel and this guy isn’t a fucking retard and is instructing her to stay clean.
It's very interesting to think of what this means, assuming there isn't simply a delay in Kayla's paperwork getting into MCRO.

Is it that Nick has $5k but not $10k to pay for the bond?
Does Nick just only care about himself in terms of being released from the conditions?
Or has Kayla left and is getting a separate lawyer? I mean, it's a possibility. We don't know.

So he went with the full 50K unconditional bond, so he could keep drinking and getting high without having to worry about random testing?
They could still do it, they just can't do it randomly without probable cause. If he did another unhinged pillstream, escalated with his vaguely threatening comments about witnesses, the judge, etc. that might be probable cause.

Maybe Kayla will take the conditional offer. It would be interesting because if she's still in the home, they'd be able to toss HER shit and if they encountered Nick's shit while at it, probably that would be admissable.

There has been no notice filed by any attorney that she is being represented. Her having conditional bond means that there's only enough money for one of them to go out doing blow and it's not going to be Kayla.

Are they still living together or were they told to stay apart?

There's been so much info over the last week I'm starting to get confused.
iirc it is unconstitutional for the courts to tell a married couple they can't have contact with each other. married couples enjoy special privileges that no other association enjoys, which is why a lot of legal requirements (like for certain company formations) explicitly do not count spouses towards employee numbers, etc.

Haven't people speculated he bought those at over the market value for a partial tax write-off (amount paid - market value = amount tax deductible)?

If so, they probably won't be worth anything close to what he paid for them unless someone lied to the IRS about the market value, right?

Not 100% on the tax law of these kinds of things though.
