I've only done it once (with silver) and it turned out really well, but a lot of bullshit expense went into getting the right equipment to get it right the first time. Just running and gunning with a crucible and plaster probably has a high failure rate.

I'm assuming the rural MN cop cars aren't as cluttered with high tech, and they wouldn't have 10 to spare for a single search warrant. Add another 5-10 hours of dash cam if you think it's reasonable, but at some point it's just cars recording the back bumper of other cars.

I'll tell you exactly what that is. Two things.

1) Gaslighting. That's exactly what it is. Manipulative bullshit.
2) An attempt to steer the conversation away from the subject, and turn it into something else. If they spread that enough, the conversation will start discussing the ability, practicality, sustainability, etc of a child's ability to take care of themselves, their siblings, etc. This would be great for them (and Nick) because the conversation no longer has him as the target, but about something different.

The couch story was at his home, when the bullet was left right next to his kids, so that could apply, however it's not him that put the bullet there. (Well, as he says)

Although I suppose you could probably enhance the charge with Nick's kids? I don't know enough about MN law to say.

I will however credit him for saying exactly what I just said about them not having to submit probable cause to Nick in order to execute the warrant. That whole "that doesn't mean shit" line is funny. Yes it does Nick. A warrant means you are fucked. You know it too.
 
Aaron going to jail would be the best. He gave some excellent Balldo lore and got busted after doing so. He was always a useful asshole, so now that he is done being useful...off to the clink!

It's coming from the fact that as a tween people were capable of making themselves a sandwich, putting away their laundry, and washing dishes every once in a while. The people trying to make that point are disregarding the fact that doing stuff for yourself as a teenager is completely different from the situation the Rekieta children found themselves. Not only that, but they weren't being raised to take care of the household. It way forced upon them over a brief period of time. They aren't farmhands grabbing chickens eggs before they go off to kindergarten. They had at least moderately attentive parents and a nanny until a year or so ago. Then they're supposed to be fending for themselves and each other.

It's taking one detail and running with it likes it's the entire story.
