He said “we don’t know both sides of the story” in reference to the drugs.
It's a pedantic legal course of logic, but all we have heard is from the prosecution. Nick is likely fucked, but hasn't said anything about it because that would be retarded to talk about his pending criminal case.

Null has described MATI so I could be wrong, but isn't Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD) something that only children have?
Yeah, he diagnosed himself with a fake disorder given to teenagers.

Isn't heroin brown and sometimes a yellowish brown? When heroin is in powder form it is light brown and turns much darker when liquefied.

I said previously I wasn't convinced he had track marks (makes no sense for him to be injecting on the back of his upper arm) but now I'm not so sure. If so that would mean he's already blown the veins normally used for injections and blood draws.

However I don't think heroin is known to cause drug sores...so was this guy doing literally anything under the sun?
It's anyone's guess. I've seen brown ecstasy and ketamine tablets. They'll have to take a sample under a Raman spectroscope. I'm betting it's adulterated.

he's a comedian
?
Nope.

This is why I am curious if he went with the 50k unconditional bond option, or the "free" conditional one.

We don't know yet. If it's the conditional bond, I could totally see him violated fairly soon

I'm hedging that he went for the paid bond option because we all know he loves spending money on stupid crap, but hates being told what to do. Lol.
Everybody gets the $50k Bond thing wrong. Putting up the bond eliminates the onerous random testing. Here's how that usually works. You get a random text/call at any point between 7am and 9-10pm at night. Once received you generally have about 45 minutes to show up at the Sheriff's office to have somebody watch you pee. And this can go on every day or several times a week for the duration. If you don't have transportation you're fucked. Off to jail you go. It's nasty. The bond eliminates that.

But the Bond conditions also mandate Good Behavior. You must remain straight, sober and have no further problems with the law. He's not going to be subject to the random testing regime. But if they have probable cause that he is violating his Good Behavior terms. Such as being blackout drunk on a livestream, he's gonna get popped.

PPP is right, some people in Lawtube are gonna try and O.J. Simpson this shit.

Barnes is already working on the "IT'S THE LIZARD PEOPLE IN THE DEEP STATE!" defense.

It's infuriating.

EDIT: Barnes, not Branca. Brain fart.

Sure hope she was eighteen at the time, Aaron. Otherwise you just admitted to creating cp Context was provided i misunderstood the list.
Only if he was told to preserve them. Plus deleting messages from most services does not delete them. Law Enforcement can still subpoena them from the carrier. Not sure on some of the weird shady encrypted services?
Even if you are doing nothing wrong in life it is good policy to expect anything you send or say to be seen or heard by others.

SIGNAL is a very secure app. Not power leveling but I know that USMS uses it for secure, non-audio comms.

For them it has to preserved or archived because it's discoverable and to a lesser degree, FOIA.

I might be naive but I think I believe Aaron.
