It is expensive to maintain these archives but it's beyond shady to put money into this thing after it had a Kolyma error attached to it. If an archive goes up then it'll be maintained by one of the staff and paid for without expense to the soyteens. But, again, making an archive is one thing and keeping it funded will be another.
