People on Twitter are saying the Disney Evil Queen in this video is a dude. My troondar did not immediately ping, so I'm not so sure, but I'm pretty bad at the whole IDing business.
Starts at 7:30 and runs for about ten seconds if the direct link gets stripped out. (Up until the meeting with the Queen the whole thing is basically rather tedious Disney dinner theater, though the Snow White looked pretty on target. Why an unaccompanied adult like this gal would have any interest in it I'm not really sure. But there it is.) I'll see about an archive in a minute.

Troons and their followers will act confused when you tell them sexual dimorphism exists. They'll get question marks over their heads when you tell them you can clock them by their gait (My gait? It’s not boxing obviously, but a woman who is competent and practiced at elbows to the solar plexus, chops to the windpipe and the classic move of a swift kick to the groin stands a good chance of getting away from a larger stronger male out to rape her or snatch her purse.
Similar things with Wing Chun, judo, certain forms of karate, most martial arts focused on using the opponents strength against them.
A competent woman could certainly defeat most average Schulb males with a beer belly and less than great fitness. Especially if she got the first “punch” in.
A pooner who has been on T and is a well practiced boxer could certainly beat very terrible male boxers, especially when they have to fight within the rules of boxing.
I wonder how long it will take for this chick to suffer a shattered orbital bone, broken neck or a bleed to the brain?

Isn't a theatrical evil queen just a textbook implementation of a drag queen? The woke adult Disney fans have been bitching about "queer-coding" villains for years and years.
(I can't tell from the brief excerpt myself. Dissenting opinion: for a one-note cartoon character this heavily made up and costumed, it's along the lines of putting a woman in the non-speaking Mickey Mouse costume. A brick hon dressed as Alice would be horrifying, but this is a evil queen.)

Yeah, the Evil Queen as she is played essentially the closest character to a drag queen, more so than even Ursula (who was based on a drag queen). Her entire gimmick is she's a haughty bitch who insults you. Videos of her being catty towards guests are quite popular
It's uncomfortable that Disney increasingly caters towards Disney Adults. I think taking a kid along to Disney and then having the characters interact with you as an aside while playing with the kids could be fun, but going to engage an actor who's there for the kids? Seems hideously embarrassing.
Personally I wouldn't have an issue with an Evil Queen Drag Queen because the whole thing reads "Pantomime Dame" to me (who are always played by men) but that's not a context most guests to these parks have, so it seems very wrongfooted of Disney.

Yeah a lot of Disney villains pull a lot from a flamboyant persona that drag queens adopt, the obvious example being Ursula. So, in and of itself I don't see a big deal with drag performances that pull from Disney properties. That being said, this sort of thing is different, family should not have to try to police where they are going for fear that a drag element that they do not want is present in the shows. I don't think many of the drag queens who are doing things like drag queen story hour are doing it for nefarious reasons, but I think that there is an inherent foolishness in trying to normalize drag to children, when a huge part of the point of those performances is playing with the edges of respectability in society. There is a value for that as an art form but it's not for 10-year-olds, and I think this whole push is again this reflection of the desire to use children as a smoke screen for harder discussions on what the framework for understanding gender should be in our society. Kids are an easy out, many sides use them as a rhetorical gotcha for their opinions.
