On Mar 28 an article was published stating Yaniv lost his BCHRT claim against his strata regarding the non functioning fire alarms.

The BCHRT's E. Reghre states, in response to the strata requesting legal fees be paid by Yaniv - “I also acknowledge that the other owners have paid considerable legal fees to defend claims that were either abandoned or dismissed.
