Presumably all he has to do is rule "all plaintiff motions denied, all defendant motions denied as moot, case closed, do not reply, not even to explain".

It’s ridiculous that the judge is even considering to transferring the motion back to Utah after Greer didn’t even bother to object the motion prior to the change of venue occurring. I guess judges really are swayed by the “I was too retarded to understand the rules!” lie.

We’ll just have to see what happens then. Greer did say the intention of the lawsuit was to bankrupt Null after all. He will drag this out for as long as possible.
