We can't blame people for making up some "conspiracy theories" about this accident because it's been about 12 hours and information is still shady and scarce. Also, because media lies all the time, even if they release all info, nobody's ever gonna believe them. Look at what happened with the whole Kate affair: people wanted info they weren't entitled to and when they finally release the truth, nobody wants to accept it.

Turns out it was a freak accident and the boat didn’t cause the bridge to collapse and the impact happened at the exact same time as another event.

Footage has confirmed Ethan Ralph was on the bridge at the time of collapse; so the bridge was already at capacity before impact and it pushed it over the edge
