For ref here's the Community Happenings post about it from Sep 23, 2023:

On August 5th, 2023, while on a drunken IP2 stream with OnlyUseMeBlade, IP2 streamer Willy2Guns passed out, fell, and hit his head on a trashcan.
He was taken to the ER, than ICU.

As of today, Blade learned and confirmed that Willy has died, and has been for over 2 weeks. Blade than held a stream where viewers grilled him over not helping his friend that ended up dying due to his drunken negligence.

Blade ragequited the stream.
