When Greer receives these filings and has his usual mental breakdown, do you think he's capable of screaming somewhat like a normal person?

What I mean is do his neighbors hear "AAAAAAAAA" and strained shitlip swearing, or is it more like "ghhhhhhh! fhhfuck yoo hhrhdimn"
Have you ever heard the sound Murlocks make in World of Warcraft? I imagine Russ screaming is something like that

For some inexplicable reason, Mr. Hardin decided to respond to Russ' whining motion to Utah court.
He's just ensuring the decision is locked in by building up an additional barrier, with more layers of defence from revoking the move. Low cost, low risk ass covering. We've already had a decision by the court that flew in the face of established case law, so going against procedure/convention and reconsidering the change of venue after it's left their hands is forseeable albeit very unlikely. In that event the court would need to address this response document rather than, in that hypothetical scenario, a lack of opposition.

So in other words they don't believe in the Ty Beard method of law of just shooting your entire load at the last minute while giving opposition no time to respond?
Almost everyone does that. It's either to your advantage to delay or to your disadvantage, and if it's to your disadvantage, you file the last day. Waiting until the literal last minute is probably a bad idea if you're filing gigantic bullshit that is likely to cause the filing system computer to barf up hairballs, but last day is almost standard. Why would anyone voluntarily give the other side more time when it helps them?
I like Law Santa calling us "Null and the Gang".
Nool and the Gang.

True but its still feels like a nigger move when the process ahould be everyone lays out their facts and the person more in the right wins.

Glad judges yell at attourneys for being niggers though

Sean needs to stop sperging about "resident vs domiciliary" because, at least according to a cursory internet search, he appears to be wrong.
(1) In general Except as otherwise provided in this subsection— (A) United States resident The term “United States resident” means— (i) any individual who— (I) is a United States citizen or a resident alien and does not have a tax home (as defined in section 911(d)(3) ) in a foreign country, or (II) is a nonresident alien and has a tax home (as so defined) in the United States, and (ii) any corporation, trust, or estate which is a United States person (as defined in section 7701(a)(30) ). (B) Nonresident The term “nonresident” means any person other than a United States resident.
I must assume that Serbia (or any other country) won't allow permanent residency unless you have a valid tax address there. No country will let you hang around and not charge you taxes. So it's safe to assume Null does have a tax home in a foreign country.

In contrast, most of the definitions of domicile are something like this:
Domicile, in law, a person's dwelling place as it is defined for purposes of judicial jurisdiction and governmental burdens and benefits.
So saying Null is a domiciliary of Florida seems to be the correct terminology.

I wonder if Shit-Lips is beginning to regret his decision to poke the Kiwi bear? I'm sure in the beginning the thought it was going to be quick and easy, and never dreamed it would take several years and that Josh wouldn't be taking this lying down.

I wonder if Shit-Lips is beginning to regret his decision to poke the Kiwi bear?
I've never seen Russell express regret for his own actions, even when he was getting a criminal conviction. He'll believe he did the right and heroic thing, but is being discriminated by the bias fake judges because he's disabled.

This will be the theme of his next book, song, screenplay, instagram post, or legal motion.

Why does Sean keep sperging about how Greer failed to respond to the four motion Hardin filed to the Utah District Court? We get it, Greer’s failure to respond resulted in the case being transferred to Northern Florida, but he didn’t need to repeat this one hundred fucking times when he already made the point earlier in the video. It’s low-key annoying.

Greer failing to responding in a timely matter was a reoccurring theme throughout this lawsuit, and the sheer stupidity of it is without precedent.

I guess his thought process must have been 'i will plea retardation at the last possible moment, thus maximizing the amount of time I buy' but accidentally left it too late.

So is this move to florida an attempt to get a different federal court to rule on the copyright question? Seems like utah was about ready to dismiss this.
