He could try, but others have and failed at the first hurdle of doing more than sending angry emails. The fact we criticize them is some level of fair use defense, since nobody is here on the boogie thread for sexual gratification (God I hope). The way Onlyfans handles rights for images uploaded means a proper claim would need to come from the parent company, or with the parent companies permission as I understand it, since the creator gave them some rights to post it there. Someone could certainly try, but it'd actually cost them money to do so.

Boogie wouldn't make it past drafting an actual takedown email, much less sending it or even doing it right. Not sure why you'd want to subject any of us to that though.
