Muta has been critical of Boogie and creating videos about him fucking his life up for years now. But inevitably, whenever the two of them are talking to each other for a new vid (usually following Boogie's involvement in fresh drama/being retarded), Muta allows Steven to lie to him and his audience without ever interfering or even pushing him for clarity or corrections just a little bit. He doesn't push for Steven to make his lies more & more unbelievable which makes for way more compelling content than seriously talking to him about intermittent fasting and his time in Washington, D.C. as a kid.
This latest upload is more of the same we saw from Muta around the time the documentary dropped and LOLcow Live kicked off. He seems to take it even a step further and instead of simply going light on him and allowing Steven to lie to his audience about things he clearly knows are false, he presents himself as almost a friend of Boogie's who cares about his wellbeing and the recovery of his channel. This is obviously in stark contrast to what we've seen in leaked DM's and in conversations about Boogie where he hasn't been present.
Listen to the end of the video to get an idea of what I'm talking about. Like at
1:27:19 for Muta essentially saying "Boogie you my nigga now". Or this guy Nux, at
1:27:45, giving Boogie the "I didn't think I liked you, but you're actually a good guy, man!" spiel. In response, Boogie (50 y/o) even tells Nux who sounds like he's 20 that he wants to make him proud. They end the vid by sucking Boogie off and inviting him to message them directly. This is so they can volunteer their time and assist in boosting his channel however both Muta and Nux can, claiming rebuilding Boogie is their "project" and even mention making his thumbnails. This is the phenomenon I'm attempting to describe. How can you make sense of it?
- At the end of the day, I can't be mad at Boogie any more.
- I don't think you're a bad man. You got to pick yourself up.
- I will feed you videos and ideas to make content on and help your channel.
- I want to help. Stand up for yourself.
- I want the best possible outcome.
- I'm in your corner. I'm more available than ever to help out with your channel.
I'm not breaking any new ground here. I mostly just continue to be dumbfounded by this response. Even crazier, this phenomenon is not at all unique to SomeOrdinaryGamers, it's been a consistent trend among many others as well. For instance, how the hell did he convince TurkeyTom to fly out to his hovel in Arkansas to spend time with him? Speaking of, did we ever get the full story there, what was the deal with that? It never fails to surprise me how successful Boogie's been manipulating those who pretend as if they plan on holding him accountable.
There are specific circumstances we can speculate on like with IceWarm, but whatever went down there is clearly not the same as the deal going on with guys like TurkeyTom and Mutahar. These guys at least on the surface present themselves as level-headed and not as retarded as someone like Boogie. Yet they continue to allow themselves to look like he's manipulating them? No, I don't get it.
Uhm, that's you, nigga!
