I am sure that it was done 100% unintentionally, but surely Pat would have a copyright case here? An identical name and a very similar subject matter. This would seem to be a far stronger case than the Eric July and ISOM lolsuit.

The criminal stalking cult hunting us has a dedicated website, new.onaforums.net, created expressly for the purpose of planning, coordinating, executing, and bragging about their campaign of obsessive harassment and terrorism against our entire family. With law enforcement ranging from utterly useless to actively harmful to our cause, in 2020 we brought a lawsuit against the owner/administrator of the website and dozens of his users for defamation, tortious interference, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other civil charges. The intention was to unmask the website owner so he could be deposed for identifying information on the users committing the most serious crimes against us so they could be turned over to the police for criminal charges. This lawsuit was funded by a professional organization Patrick is a member of. Cloudflare and Google were subpoenaed for the identity of the site owner. Then, after nearly two years, a California judge ruled that not only was the anonymity of the criminals stalking and terrorizing us more important than our physical safety and quashed the subpoena for the site owner's identity, but went further still and ruled that we owe his legal fees, totaling over $50,000 at this point (San Francisco Superior Court Case # *****). The professional organization funding the lawsuit agreed to pay the settlement and an NDA agreement was signed, but later ghosted us entirely and we have not heard from them or their counsel in over a year. We were never informed by our lawyer of the possibility to appeal the ruling, which we would have done had we known. The debt has since been domesticated in Wisconsin
