DraStic - a Nintendo DS emulator for Android (+some other platforms) is now free on Google Play (was $4.99).
Furthermore, the developer says he'll soon remove it from the Google Play Store and make it open source for people to develop it further (apparently he'd planned to make it open source over 4 years ago):

A little technical to achieve, but there's a way to get NiGHTS Into Dreams for free from an old yet active Sega Giveaway during their 60th Anniversary.

Now, you'll get an error if you tried it as it is, but there's a way to resolve that error. All you have to do is register through this link & link your steam account like normal until you reach the page with the error.

Now, once you get the error, simply replace "http://localhost:3000" in the URL with "https://www.sega60th.com", then go ahead with the process, & voila, you now have NiGHTS Into Dreams in your steam library.
