The concept does not look too bad, but... Not only do the feet look crooked, the hair does not fit with the style (as the artist followed Rose Quartz's canon model). They should have made the dreads less detailed, like Bismuth's.

Either go full detailed or full simplified, going both ways on the piece is incredibly off-putting to say the least. it just looks like someone shopped over an og piece.
