One reason that Ralph might be going back to the USA is that he may need a new PC since his equipment is broke dick garbage and the cost of buying electronics in Mexico is rather costly. He's probably also selling his drugs since he keeps talking about how much money you can make from smuggling Xanax into the USA and selling his Mexican tic-tacs for $10 a piece.
