Basically, he was going to save the picture of the asian dude, which opens the folder of "where do you want to save?" however if you CONSTANTLY download porn, it will open your porn folder and probably display the thumbnails in the process.

Occam's razor. This is simply tech illiteracy combined with a cum brain. He logged into his MS account like a good goy, it automatically started syncing everything with OneDrive, he made a folder for his porn on his desktop and he uses the same browser to both browse his porn and do everything else, not realizing the cascade effect of such a setup.

He could've avoided this very easily if he was ever so slightly more tech savvy. Install a secondary browser for your porn browsing, keep your porn folder away from your desktop, even in your user folder, and boom, crisis averted. But a coomer that just barely knows how to use Windows would never think about doing such a monumental task to compartmentalize his degeneracy from is e-celeb career.

Your browser remembers the last folder you were saving/loading files to/from. He was a retard and used one browser for everything, the last thing he saved was a porn pic he saved to his porn folder, completely oblivious to how computers work and this is how it happened.

If you're gonna be browsing and saving porn, don't use the same browser you use for everyday use/livestreaming. And don't keep everything on your desktop, and for the love of God, use something like WinUtil to expunge Microsoft cloud bullshittery like OneDrive and never log into your MS account in Windows.
