Technically not illegal but worth noting that if the West was consistent Israel would be under north korea/SA/Rhodesia tier sanctions.

Anyway polling among Palestinians from multiple sources has always had Hamas winning a majority of the vote, I don't find it surprising that Hamas won.

They demanded 67 borders and Israel offered 90 percent of the west Bank,all of east Jerusalem, and Gaza multiple times to the Palestinians. They refused in 2002 and again in 2008. We gave them Gaza and free elections, they voted in Hamas.

Point out what Israel should have done differently in order to get a better outcome.
