How the fuck can two people produce so much trash. No way they get doordash just once a week fucks sake man. I guess when you look at DSPGaming it makes sense his entire channel is a content landfill.
If a fire ever breaks out in that garage, that entire building will be inhaling toxic fumes for days. I'm also pretty sure Phil could get into trouble since styrofoam is considered a hazardous material and he could quite possibly be violating sanitation codes. I seriously can't believe this retard sees nothing wrong about admitting to living like a disgusting asshole.

some very conservative math re: the styrofoam mountain
((2yrs*365)/9)=81 days to fill one trash bag
average time to accumulate the total is 2yrs, divided by the total amount of trash bags, being 9, would equal the average amount of time to fill a bag

if each container was laid end to end, it would be 5.75 football fields

Not to mention the broken aplliances and toilet. If what Phil is saying is true (I know big fucking leap) then his condo is basically being hold together by a lot of happy thoughts and bailing wire. And he hasn't even lived for 10 years in that blasted thing! How can two (well three) people bring down a big place like this so quickly? Because I'm a comics loving soy boy I'm avoiding his streams until he finishes it. Don't want spoilers dood.
But if i was looking for playthroughs and saw that extremely punchable face I can't imagine I would click it. Also he needs to fucking stop with trying to push this "spider-men!" meme. The game is called Spider-Man 2 because it's a sequel to Spider-Man. It wasn't funny the first time but now he's putting it as the title anyway? I suspect autism.

A) I refuse to believe Washington trash laws are as retarded as Phil claims and he is just reading shit wrong, and is just too fucking inept to even take the trash out.
B) The SnortFort is a fucking vile trashheep that is probably barely maintained. I fucking hope he tries to refinance it just for the moronic loser appraiser to walk through and tell him flat to his face the condo is in shitty condition and he can't get as much as he thinks he can, because you know he will bitch about it on his prestream.
These vlogs fucking terrify me watching just from how claustrophobic and dark his CT condo looked back then, especially since when you look at his moving vlogs the rooms were all pretty decently sized but this fat retard cluttered everything. No doubt the SnortFort looks similar.

Even worse, since now there's 2 people + cat locked in rooms pissing everywhere and nobody is doing any cleaning. Dave dropped the soulmaid loves cooking and cleaning shit quickly once Kat moved in. Leanna never lived in the CTkhando.
I've always been skeptical of him never showing the Snort Fort and his detractor excuse. It's his pride and joy, the one thing that maintains MATURE ADULT status.
It probably looks even more cluttered than the old khando, but like a bomb set off the hoarding with the smell of cat piss permeating.

I assume his taste buds are dead. As dead as T. Wulfing down all that slop can't be healthy to the taste senses. Maybe also the reason why they don't cook much. You need to be able to taste to cook properly.
If it looks like his ahffice then we have a good indicator how the rest looks like. I mean for the rest we only have Phil's word and if he tells the truth in his oversharing then I don't want to set one foot inside it even if you pay me to do it

@Agent Proper Believe it or not smells are one of the chief causes for people not to proceed with a house buy. It would affect his finance appraisal but as I have said the fact the house has not been modernized for over 10 years in a well-to-do area will destroy its value.
