Phil has not lost fat in the last two years. You can still see his fat face, golbbler, gut, and his fat bitch tits that are big enough to burst a training bra.

The only weight phil has lost is because of his atrophied muscles, which is super obvious when you look at his noodle muppet arms and sunken face. If the dude looks thinner its only because he lost the layer of muscle all normal humans should have below their fat.
