EDIT: Why doesn't he vape it instead? You can get a volcano vape for much less than his $365 shot of whiskey. I don't have that kind of faith in Rekieta's lawyering enough to actually believe he can hurt him intentionally, but he is definitely helping enable reputation damage. I doubt it is enough to get anyone disbarred, whatever taboos have been broken.

To your point, however, the "I only want to help you clarify some things. Make lots of money, Eric!" tangent he could use to cover for accusations of malicious harm in a suit against Dick. Rekieta, however, in his usual dubiousness made it personal given his penchant for inserting himself into other people's drama and then not separating himself from it. Which one usually can only manage by staying out of said drama. So in this way, his desire to be involved is more likely envy based because he couldn't help himself and not having his self-perceived relevancy acknowledged by Eric dinged his complex. His behavior in this way is far too irrational for even a strip mall lawyer.


Ending my thoughts on the posts above, there is still the emphasis he has placed on having a posse whatever of black people in his life as primary influences/comrades that is simply hard to ignore.

No. Disbarring requires misconduct, almost always specifically related to client representation, and short of disbarment there are a number of lesser sanctions that can be imposed for same.
