Four*. As much as we know how much of a fake lawyer Nick is, more people don't. Nick acting the way he does is basically giving Dick and co the hall pass to do the things they did to Eric. And that's just publicly. If Nick gave 'legal advice' to the gunt, why wouldn't he, to Dick, who he likes much more?

In my (very brief) review of his public history, it does consistently say he ran track/field at University of Memphis, which is a D1 school. Unclear how long he was there or when he started. Info also says he was at Texas A&M from 2009 - 2013, so if he had classes that transferred over, there weren’t enough of the type that Texas A&M gave a lot of credit toward his (Comm) degree in TX. In any case, both of those schools are known (in one way or another) nationally.
Per The Dallas Observer, he was born in TX in 1990, and by his early teens started getting into gang stuff, so when he was a freshman in high school, his mother sent him to live with his grandmother in Arkansas. He then got in felony-eligible trouble at 15, and went back to Texas, where “he was kicked out of school after school. Even taking a bullet to the knee, which almost ended his track career, didn't motivate him to change his ways. But when he and his girlfriend narrowly escaped a drive-by shooting outside track practice his senior year, he began to realize that his actions could put the people close to him in danger as well.” Around this time a friend of his, Juanita Payne (15) was shot and killed outside a club. These events are positioned as catalysts to his buckling down and getting serious, leading to (I surmise) track & field success and the University of Memphis, and eventually, Texas A&M, where in addition to studying in his major he started reading Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams, and transformed from an Obama Democrat to a self-described Libertarian. He was into music, and started getting into the metal scene, ultimately involved with a rap/metal/hardcore group called BackWordz.

Not my sort of thing at all, but I was really surprised by how good that was. When it comes to actual achievement, Nick's obviously an enormous loser in any dick measuring contest wth Eric July.

Nick KNOWS that what Riley did was monumentally stupid and that he's a stupid fuck. He even admitted as much during the superchat segment of his show (specifically, the one with July), and it was in response to a couple of Riley's superchats.
The "problem" here (and it's only a problem because Nick beds down with dogs) is that he's caught between a rock and a hard spot in having to point out what a stupid dipshit Riley actually is in the hopes he doesn't get killed, and making Juju the cow happy. He's leaned more towards Juju, and that's why we have his six hour spergathon to laugh over.

I found confirmation on Inwood Forest, the preschool, and the elementary school. I'm relieved I had it right.

- Attended America's Choice Daycare near Gulf Bank Rd so that's this and this.
- Attended Inwood Elementary for K and grade 1 which is now called Smith Academy per this FB page. School is here.
- Attended one year, 2nd grade, in a Christian private school which he hated. There are a few in Inwood.
- Attended Stovall until moving to MN which my OP covered.

Not really. Someone a few pages back was speculating about DCMA shit. Not that it matters. Even if Rackets did file a DCMA all you have to do is contest it. In one of his videos before the dark times, before he became Darth Balldo he even stepped through on how to file a DCMA counter claim so you could use that to fill it out. Then Rackets has 14 days to sue you, or the strike goes away. And we all know Rackets is far too lazy and disorganized to actually sue you. Although, you might want to add a laugh track or superimpose a balldo on Nick's nose to "transform" the clips so that all bases are covered. As Nick continues to tunnel to the center of the earth he might start striking clip channels.

Well, my question (see here) was what reason would you have to honor a request to take down the clips of the stream he privated if he were to ask you. I asked it rather rhetorically, with my hypothesis being that you'd have no reason to honor such a request and that Nick could go fuck himself.
But if I'm wrong, by all means feel free to correct me.
