The moment a black woman speaks up about that bullshit she's hit with "you have internalized misogyny" and "why are you like this it's not like white people consider you to be women". Leftists are ITCHING to be racist to black people, and if a black woman is labeled a TERF they're free to espouse borderline racist shit against her because she is now unpersoned. Sometimes they want to play white savior and "educate" the black woman on what reality is. Either way they want to feel better than her and will jump on that chance to do so.
That's why they brought back calling blacks colored with a few extra words added to it, while also lumping every other minority under that phrase like we're some big homogenous collective that all have the same problems. They always mean blacks first and for most when they say people of color. I hate that phrase so much it's dehumanizing. That's true, but what I mean is that they want to say it out loud. They want to vocalize it and get praise for it from their peers. There's some quote about this that people will gladly take the chance to be cruel to someone deemed less than or evil by society because it makes them feel righteous.
To be fair, you actually can technically transition into being a disabled person. They'd still get an advantage too, if they sawed their own legs off they'd be lighter than someone who's legs don't work but were still attached to their body.
