Legalbytes got separated from Rekieta's group because she believed way too hard that "lawtube" was going to be some big amazing internet sensation and got too serious with it.
if you check and see what happened after I can see why some people say she ended up winning, not a lot of views and she mostly streams alone now, but of all the "lawtubers" she is one of the only ones that does actual trial streams, meanwhile Rekieta's group is filled with drama, people shitting on each other: Rekieta himself 2130 pages on this thread, Branca, Nate, Legal mindset, etc. they are all known for either hating each other or being degenerates.
at the end of the day LegalBytes is a boring streamer that believes she is "making a difference", while Rekieta is a degenerate alcoholic that is currently on a crusade to defend pedophiles and low age of consent laws.

What a low-IQ take. Something being legal is the lowest bar for morality, it doesn't mean that everything that happens within the law is unproblematic. I can legally cut my balls off or spend all my money donating to hot tub streamers, that wouldn't automatically qualify me as being a good person because I act within the bounds of the law, it just means my actions aren't of a severity that the state can be bothered getting involved.

Nick's take on age of consent is consistent with someone without personal morals. Many religious systems caution you to avoid even getting close to the line of transgression and the standard is higher than most secular ones.
As for the Carimachet and LOCALS negging, Cari has always been critical of Nick and the odd one out, ideologically, but she has not been in the chat room (unless she has fully masked he anti-Semitism).
The negging is almost only the interesting thing to report in the chat. There are personal details that I autistically collect in case something happens, but I get the sense that most people there are brainwashed supporters of Nick, participate more in the private chat club than the show (average chat attendance is closer to 20-25 than the 30-40 of a month or so ago), or they are a troll.

- LawTube is weird. Casuals want the panels to return, but Nick says that the way it works is that smaller channels come on his channel to grow their own channels and they are big enough to stream solo and get income from it. Branca is the exception with his LoSD and law school classes. He has no drama with people.
- Someone wants him to stream with the degenerate FigBat who is a Drexel orbiter. He might have Peacock on again too.
- Nick hates nobody. He just sends preemptive messages to people he knows to set people straight if there is a false rumour about him. Some people think that is weird, but if you defend yourself people think that you are hiding something. It is a no-win scenario.
- Nick has something to do every Friday at noon to leave for. This is why he is not with Eric Hunley. He apparently still gets weekly invitations.

He really has no concept of the realities of not being a trust fund baby. My friend recently had their car break down for good. They don't have a savings and don't make enough to buy a new one. So they do a combination of walking and rideshares now.
As a joke I said "You should just buy a new car". Nick wouldn't understand this as a joke. He would see this as the "obvious solution" and would think it's only stupidity holding people back.
His entire concept of his own intellect centers around his misunderstanding of what "difficulty" is and the efforts needed to overcome it. He's struggling with life on easy mode and thinks that makes him superior to people getting by on hard mode.
