I think you bend the rules to suit you. And you're manipulative. These people you covet and lust after, have you politely told them they are worth less to humanity as a whole than you are? I mean, in your mind it is true, and you should be honest with the people you care about. You're a soft abuser, you're basically a beta male with alpha aspirations. Masturbation is a sin and im a horrible sinner. That being said, Onan was not considered wicked because he masturbated, but because he refused to give his dead brother a child with the widow. According to the Book of Tobit, a man who refuses to comply with the requirement of giving your dead brother an offspring is to be put to death. Deuteronomy gives a way out for men who are unable to fulfill their duty so they dont have to marry the widow. But if you marry the widow, you must try to give her a child for the sake of your dead brother. If you actively resist and attempt to prevent the widow from conceiving, that was regarded as a capital crime. In the story, Onan has sex with his wife but ejaculates outside of her to prevent her from conceiving a child that wont be considered his. This refusal to impregnate his wife is a capital crime. But a normal man and wife having sex in a way that doesnt allow conception, I dont think there is any verse that says the married couple should get the death penalty for it. Perhaps its a sin for a married couple to avoid conception, but even then there is only limited evidence to support it being a sin. I would say absolute refusal to reproduce with your spouse is a sin, but I dont think having sex that sometimes ends without an attempt to conceive is a sin. The sin is active avoidance of reproduction out of desire to prevent reproduction. If the act is done in love and not out of an attempt to prevent pregnancy, i dont see an issue with it. I think sex during pregnancy is a sin, but again, these actions that may be sin are never suggested to be death penalty.
As far as masturbation goes i may deserve death according to torah for paying for porn as this is dangerously close to participating in the whoring. Paying for sexual content seems very similar to paying for sex. There is a difference in my mind and i feel much less evil to pay for video content thats already been made than to pay for someone to have sex or to pay for sex yourself. But its possible even paying for content of someone who already had sex is a capital crime. I dont think someone showing off their body and selling it is on the same level of selling a video of you having sex. I could be wrong but thats my honest assessment of it. Paying for porn could be punishable by death possibly. Paying for nudes i dont think rises to that level of possibly punishable by death

We will all be punished for our sins on judgment day. Worse sinners will be punished worse than less sinful people. But as far as punishment in a society goes, the Law of Moses doesnt punish masturbation or porn watching except with flogging as determined by the judges. Modern society doesnt punish masturbation at all. But prostitution is harshly punished in both mosaic law and modern society. Imprisonment for prostitution is still pretty harsh. Yet no societal punishment for masturbators. Evidently society as a whole agrees they are not on the same level of wrong. But like i already said its possible i deserve death because i pay for porn sometimes. And whether you pay for porn or just watch it for free doesnt really get you off the hook. Getting it for free is just as bad as paying for it.

The people who whore around are worse than the people who watch. But if someone has sex with their partner and sells videos of it, its not whoring around so you could argue it doesnt deserve death. It is debatable where porn producers that only have sex with their partner deserve death and debatable if those who masturbate to the videos deserve death. Its not debatable if people who whore around deserve death. They absolutely do. For me i see a difference between paying for sexual content to be produced and paying for sexual content that has already been produced. The first you are actively involved in its production. The second you are not. And again i dont think nude videos or nude photos qualify as porn. Porn is videos or images of sex.
