The Orion Project's idea was to have a huge "pusherplate" at the rear of the ship, and the nukes would vaporize some of the ablative shielding, protecting the ship with the blast pushing it along.
If it's some kind of hybrid solar sail device that just raises even more questions, because the bombs are still going off between the sail and the ship, without even the protection of the ablative pusher plate, which would have had shock absorbers built into it.

Small correction, Orion's propulsion was intended to use nuclear shaped charges to project a tungsten plasma jet at the pusher plate. The actual nuclear devices themselves were fairly small and detonated at a distance where the high-energy pulse wouldn't really have much of an effect on the ship. The "blast riding" as talked about previously would only really take effect in atmospheric conditions, so in space all you would need is to make sure your bomb detonated at the correct distance for a good effect on the pusher plate. This is why an orion-drive could "flip and burn" like a regular rocket during space travel, though it's much better and lifting heavy loads off of a planet and into space than it is at doing an orbit to orbit transition due to being able to ride the atmospheric blast up (though landing would obviously pose a problem). This also presumes that the nuclear shape charge functions as theorized, which we don't really know. The one time such a device was tested it didn't exactly yield promising results.

If this ship was launched in the technological equivalent of the 1960-70s, then this could actually make for a sensible setting. But if we're in the far off speculative future you can get almost as much exhaust velocity (what actually matters in space travel) out of a gas-core nuclear thermal rocket, which is far cooler/sillier than a nuclear pulse drive anyway. Or, if keeping the "riding on a plume of nuclear fire" aspect is desirable, the nuclear salt water rocket is a very funny concept that would be infinitely better than a orion-style drive at space travel, presuming that both of those things actually work as intended.

As we can see by this graph, mentions of stalker and prison are occurring with roughly the same frequency, as it's one of Pats mantras that repeats in just about every reply.
The childings occur far less frequently (although still with far more regularity than any confident man, secure in his masculinity would refer to another man) and is an indication of the pigman subjects relative level of annoyance at the line of interrogation he is being compelled to respond to.
This type of study, that I've taken to referring to as Pat-aphysics is an interesting and relatively new exploration of the psychology of malignant narcissism in obese failed authors.

As more findings are released, the Worldwide Troll Ecosystem will be better able to finalize our model into what is driving the unexplained disappearances of African American youth in the Greater Milwaukee area.

It is my theory that Patrick's years of sucking John Flynt's dick online has changed to a more in person deal, and the money came straight from the pocketbook of the Screaming Chinaman. All of the recent media appearances and puff pieces came from John's media back channels.

I don't have a high opinion of journalists these days but, Javier seems like an OK guy. Pat is walking blob of failure but, where he really fucked up is telling a journalist how to do his job. Fatty thought he could just do a propaganda media tour, maybe it was that dumb cunt that set all this up for him but, he thought he was just going to spread his propaganda, his side according to him the "only side", and nobody would question it. He really fucked up instructing Javier to not talk to his adversaries, you don't tell a journalist "don't talk them", it's just going to make them want to even more, fatty is very very dumb and did not realize this.

I just checked with the James Webb telescope: it got a recent shot of the Elefat's Gunt Nebula, a known proto-patposter nursery, and what do you know, it captured the moment that the pepperoni dust blasted from the nebula by solar wind coalesced to create a new patposter.
