From what I can tell from a quick search for the sauciest tags, if it's blatantly explicit like #penis you're not going to be able to search that up. According to the community guidelines:

That includes pictures, videos, GIFs, drawings, CGI, or anything similar. The funny thing about the womb transplant they keep bringing up is, the woman had a womb, it was just underdeveloped, and because of that developmental issue, they couldn't connect the donor's uterus to the normal blood vessels that go to the uterus, so they had to do it to the arteries that go into the legs.
She'll have to take drugs to avoid organ rejection (even with the donor being her sister), AND the uterus is expected to be sustainable for up to 5 years, so she'll have to have kids within that period or less, before it has to be taken out again.
