It was on record he hired two lawyers from O’Flaherty. One was the woman McCabe who was with him in the courtroom. The other was some guy who claimed to be an expert in cyberbullying. I have a feeling thats the guy who assisted Pat in his pro se nonsense but was smart enough to not have his name associated with it.

(Don’t remember his name but it is somewhere in the thread or on the forems.)

The only cyberbullying claim I remember seeing was the blog article on the site unless I missed something as the thread has been moving fast. Someone else already pointed it out, but that shit is usually gfiller garbage. It's going to be all AI generated in the near future if it isn't already. You'll find a lot of sites have regular updates for a few months after the site goes up and they quickly trickle to nothing. The firms know nobody reads them and the 10 minutes it takes a paralegal to shit them out is better spent on something else.

I was capturing it in case Jackie showed up. That didnt happen. She did cook up a scheme to try and use a lewd avatar so they could report the stream and get it taken down. Her 1 sink-haver antics were foiled by the superior 5 sink-level cunning of Dan.
I didnt hear anything new to the thread, as far as I recall. Its like 500mb so it would have to get split into 5 segments to pass the upload limit, and I dont think its worth bothering null to bypass. It was still up this morning if anyone wants to see or d/l.

I've seen a few people float the idea that Jax is being controlled by an insider "mole" like during the Boykins affair. I could maybe see that. She is not very smart, I can't see her being able to keep anything complex up for long without being exposed as a jackass, repeatedly.

This reminds me of the Josiah calls, when Patso was threatening with federal prosecution, the troll informed him that he did not live in the US.
As Null pointed out in his excellent coverage of the calls, he completely ignored that piece of information and kept saying "you are going to prison stalker" or whatever the fuck.

I know someone with plenty of years of experience in inpatient psychiatry, specifically with actual schizophrenics, and for a laugh, I had them read his motion, giving a little bit of context whenever necessary. They claimed it was the most schizo thing they've ever read that didn't come from an actual schizo.

Pat doesn't stream and has never accidentally left the camera rolling, is the thing. We have zero way of knowing he doesn't also shovel down raw hotdogs and gobble like a turkey in what scant privacy remains in the half hovel.

Anyway, I don't know why people are saying Dan's scared. Dan also said he wasn't going to attend the hearing, then did. He is either beloviating again, or he realized that Pat is funnier left to his own devices by this point. Even if it was a public hearing and Dan had every right to be there, him attending gives the tiniest kernel of credence to Pat's argument about being stalked. Letting him write his manifestos undisturbed is way better IMO.

@OtherLastTrainHome I do find it almost prophetic that in the current part of the book you've reached, Patrick's self-insert is accusing a Government Official of covering for the assailant that tried to kill him (physical harassment if you will!), just around the same time that Patrick is telling the court that in real life that Government Official is covering for the stalker childs of the world.

That is to say that even in his own novel his bullshit fails to work, is that a glint of self-awareness trying to get through?
 
I was really hoping for more of Twitter blow-ups after the hearing, but it seems like he's just stuck on repeat, permanently buckbroken.
Best thing we can hope for is him not paying by the week deadline and the case continuing.
 
As excited as I was for this hearing I decided to spend most of last week touching grass so I’ve had some catching up to do.

Looks like most of us were right in some of our speculations except me for thinking he’d Annabelle the court. No one could predict a 27 page chimpout though. Thank you for not disappointing, Pat. We weren’t getting a court recording so you decided to put autism in writing for us. Bravo.

Slightly off topic, but I've been thinking about the theory that Pat is responsible for the SWATings. Many believe he can't be because he is not smart enough to think of it. I disagree, mainly because I don't think it requires a 125 IQ to think "I'll SWAT myself to sue the MPD or for attention."

Pat is definitely the type of person to think of this "plan" while also thinking the dangers of SWATing he talks about on TV will never happen to him, just like I'm sure he's thought he's OK to drive after 10 Buds at Hoolies because a wreck won't happen to me! He talks about how SWATing literally kills people but neglects to realize that doing it himself won't make him, Nikki, and the cats immortal.

Recall the movie Fargo, which is one thing I am certain Pat isn't smart enough to appreciate. William Macy's character orchestrates a kidnapping of his wife so he can split the money with the criminals and himself. His wife ends up murdered, Macy goes to jail, and their son is essentially orphaned. Pat is "smart" enough to think this up, but is dumb enough to think it's a great idea that'll actually work. He thought printing screenshots in his 27 page Fatifesto would work, too.
