Does anyone else find this odd that their housekeeper is so important that they have to have her around constantly? And she works from their house, and brings her boyfriend over? If either Nick or Kayla say 'no' to the other, their history shows that the line will be crossed eventually if one party is patient enough (lewdposting for example). If by "rift" you mean irreconcilable differences potentially leading to separation, well, I am honestly more concerned about the kids than either Nick or Kayla at that point.
I would feel bad for Kayla if she were honestly trying to make things better (couples counseling to help with Nick's porn addiction instead of trips to Hedo II).
