Like I said, they might not have counted on the ministry citing the e-mail directly in their complaint. They probably thought they would just sue without mentioning this "journalist." At least that's the only explanation I can think of.

I think maybe what happened here is that the ISOM ministries was supposed to just sue Rippa, but they ended up including the e-mail in their complaint as "proof" that there is confusion between the two. Rippa then sussed out that Vito is behind the e-mail.

I'll gladly eat crow if it turns out he did send the email, which I assume would come out in discovery. You're all jumping the gun though and believing it because you (understandably) hate the guy. For now, the proof is weak - fans of creators do this shit where they take things too far all the time. Hell, it's happened on the farms and caused Josh a few headaches.

Anyways, saying that Vito couldn't have written the e-mail, or been involved in this in some other capacity, because it's too obvious, doesn't wash. Vito has been WAY more brazen than the stuff with July. He's probably convinced himself he's untouchable.
