No modern American is going to fight in a civil war.
There's no strong unifying factor that encouraged one side to fight the other (i.e. the South's entire economy being based on slave labor and the risk of losing that once Lincoln freed the slaves), and most importantly, 99.9% of Americans like to live their lives unbothered, a civil war would be a disturbance.

There's never ever going to be any serious talk or movement about secession again, and any side that the US Federal Government picks is going to be the winning one due to sheer military power, as shown in the 1860s.

Look are there suspicious ballots drops and possible voter fraud? Definitely. It's quite weird how now with mail in ballots we can just have last minute ballot drops of a few hundred thousand votes at 3am magically swing an election.
Dems want to get rid of nearly all safeguards in voting because they know that they can win with political machines. The GOP knows that they can't win against giant political machines that can basically run block parties and ballot harvest votes.

In the 1860's the gov wasn't fully mask off yet and they could pretend they were fighting for something people actually cared about (freedom) as opposed to what they were actually fighting for the federal right to fuck the states in their fishy little assholes. The entire point of this case is that Trump called up Georgia's governor and directly asked him to "find" him 11,780 votes out of thin air so he could flip Georgia red and win the election.
Hillary didn't do this, which is why she isn't standing trial for election interference. If Trump had just kept his contesting of the election to his 70 failed lawsuits, he wouldn't be on trial for directly calling up Brian Kemp and asking him to fudge the election results for him.

The problem is in his argument which he believes is that the vote count was fraudulent and he is asking Brian Kemp to find votes. When it comes to the case on his fourth indictment it's hard to build a case. Because in his own words he believed election fraud occured. This happened in Hawaii in 1960 with the JFK election. Except both sides eventually settled a month later trump didn't.
I dunno about you but seems like a stretch to press Rico charges on him for this.
