These are legal issues he could have found out by using Google.

And if you found out after the fact, you should have done your homework and found out that you can't appeal anymore.

Next, we have a new character: THIS GUY, who it seems the pests have been contacting, pretending to be Piggy. He starts by telling Piggy to fuck off, then seems to say he’s on the same side, but in a kinda wild ride, he uploads an 10 minute audio entitled “to stealthygeek’s trolls” in which he basically says they aren’t as good as his own trolls (he names someone called Peter John Ross as his own troll), and says he likes to send people “piping hot pepperoni pizza”, claims to be the reincarnation of Hunter S. Thompson (actually I think he said he was the original and Hunter is a copy) then signs off by saying that Norm McDonald is extremely funny. Here’s a few snippets, it is a bit hard to follow (especially when interrupted every ten seconds to prove I’m a real X account, thanks Obama):

I went through the new releases, sci-fi, fantasy, YA, horror, and even general fiction, just to be sure. One copy of one of Cat Rambo's books, and that's it. Meanwhile Sanderson, Martin, V.E. Schwab, and what's-her-face that writes the fairy porn are occupying entire shelves, to say nothing of the old dead white guys like Tolkien, Heinlein, Lovecraft, Herbert, and H.G. Wells. And yet these randos are the people deemed worthy of panels at GenCon, including a panel on promoting your upcoming releases. Fuck the absolute state of this industry.

Also, Pat is a corpulent cloaca.

If you're talking about the Rick Flex I'm thinking if, it was someone on Twitter showing that they made $10k or so in ad revenue on Twitter because they played along and paid for a blue check instead of bitching. Why would he go to prison? It's a civil case. It's up to Quasi to collect on the judgement.

I don't know what the situation is in the US, but in the UK debt collection agencies and balliffs only go after easy targets. Patrick being really clear that he's not going to pay may actually help put them off. It wouldn't surprise me if Quasi has already been turned down by agencies offering anything better than pennies on the dollar. Hence his attempt to try and get the court to do Patrick for contempt.

All he's going to achieve is to force Patrick into bankruptcy, probably after he's had the opportunity to transfer whatever assets he has to his wife. The monetary value of that to Quasi will be $0.
