I think we can be reasonably certain that he is going in pro se again.
Even the cheapest lawyer would have educated him that a contempt hearing is not the place to re-litigate a case that he lost in another state.
There is the possibility that he had counsel, but they refused to do the retarded shit that Pat demanded, or they did tell him stuff he didn't want to hear.
If he has a lawyer in that hearing I will be surprised.
