This is A Thing - they believe that sticking progesterone pills up their ass is more effective. They think progesterone is the REAL titty skittle (to grow breasts) and to get horny and to get hard when the estrogen does what estrogen generally does in the male body (atrophy snd erectile dysfunction).
I’ve heard enough TransScience(tm) to know that they also believe that this route of administration also avoids the liver or the kidneys, one of them (don’t remember).

It probably is. Swallowing pills means they go through your digestive system and have go through the liver, where many medications are broken down into less effective compounds. It's called the first pass effect. There are pills you're actually supposed to administer sublingually (under your tongue) or rectally, and doing so generally does let the medication pass directly into your blood stream without suffering the first pass effect. I don't know that progesterone is like that, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was. Estradiol at least works this way, it's why troons insist that injecting troonshine directly into their muscles is more effective than taking pills.

IMO no. Not code sequence type mutations. That’s would require over a short time, significant and targeted behaviour change over a generation or two with consistent mutation in a directed manner and that’s not possible.
Most of it is culturally pushed - most of us have a behavioural immune system response to things we find harmful or disgusting and homosexual behaviour in males triggers that response. Much of the current cultural milieu is aimed at conditioning that response out of us to be able to breach our boundaries and control and use us. That is the biological difference between the progressives and the more conservative. The progressives have lost that protective ‘yuck’ response.
Whether there’s an inbuilt epigenetic mechanism to reduce population when at high densities is unknown, but I would suspect it’s more psychological- high density living drives humans insane and into a state where they don’t breed and start killing their own.

The first is just how mutations work. You can’t have a mass population mutation like that. It’s not possible. You’d need homosexuality to be a single gene trait then create that mutation in pre- breeding populations en masse. It’s not possible.
