I’m almost positive that Mr. Hardin knows about the GFM. Personally I’m not sure the Judge would be keen to take money from the “widow fund”, but maybe that’s an avenue worth pursuing.

Honestly that probably won't be too big of a deal. Typically her lawsuits, at least against Null/KF, are thrown out sua sponte for failure to state a claim. The only reason it became an issue this time was because KF was a co-defendant alongside government agencies and suits against government agencies are a bit easier to get past pre-trial. The agencies managed to get themselves dismissed, and she lied about having served KF, so KF was the lone defendant left and didn't file for dismissal prior to the default judgement because there was never any service so Null had no idea he was being sued which made it into a huge, expensive mess.

He knew he was sued. He just didn't consider the suit legitimate until he got the papers for default judgement. The lawsuit started at July 8th, 2020. Here Null is one month later addressing the lawsuit. Here he is a month before he got Mr. Hardin and filed to reverse the default judgement. He has addressed it in such manner at least once more in response to a user asking why the lawsuit didn't have its own thread.
