I know I'm stating the heavily documented obvious but bear with me. Why is Fong-Jones doing this? The common answer is that Fong-Jones' sordid past pops up on search engines whenever his name is entered, thanks to Kiwi Farms. Fong-Jones is heavily into the BDSM scene, sure, but at the end of the day, so what? Oh, right: those pesky consent accidents. Fong-Jones likes it rough, so rough sex partners have complained. Yeah, that's pretty bad but I still don't think it's enough to explain all this.

I think there's something else out there, something worse we've overlooked--another 'consent accident', maybe. Or maybe something even worse than that, such as a sex act with an underage partner, which would explain everything. Whatever his real goal is, whatever's really driving him, it's enough to consume this psychopathic freakshow in pursuit of it.
