Would death by hanging be possible with Fatrick?
He would snap even the stoutest of hempen ropes.
I doubt even a tungsten steel cable could hold him for long enough, and likely snap in two at the shock of his bulk.

I would guess Niki and Technicality Tomlinson are living in different halves of the hovel, and this new LLC is a way for her to disentangle her property from Patrick's. It doesn't list him after all, did her old one?

Yeah, Rick, the guy with no earnings currently in the debt process, should definitely follow Bungie in spending $400,000 identifying a single guy who was doing legit felonious telephone harassment of one of their employees. (Calling them at all hours, making threats, sending pizzas and calling when the pizza guy arrived at their house since you can track the orders online, etc.)Wait, Akiva M. Cohen? The Akiva M. Cohen that Null so thoroughly buckbroke by having a thorough understanding of copyright law that Akiva, a copyright lawyer BY TRADE, completely privated his twitter account for months afterwards? The guy who registers copyrights on pictures of his children he willingly posts to the internet, just to try to win online slapfights?
Oh god please please please let him and Fatrick get something cooking, they're made for each other.
This case has been great for seeing how many people will literally believe lies lawyers post on Twitter even (maybe especially) when they link to the actual judgment. (The guy didn't even participate in a defense either, it's a summary judgement for Bungie's costs identifying and suing him.)

I'm not a very savvy person when it comes to the insanely detailed investigations that proves a cow is lying/full of shit or that determines where someone's hiding just by the color of their bed sheets (coughKeffalscough).
But I wish I were, because I feel there's definitely something here that could prove that Pat is somehow connected to the swaTTing. How could he know that the Reno bomb threat was associated with him, since it wasn't a threat to his place, and neither the MPD or RPD would share that information with him, at least not after all investigation was done?
He couldn't. That tweet clearly means he had that information beforehand.
And recall the Patty Labelle incident, where there was a bomb threat to a theater while at the same time, he was in another theater with the same name, complaining he was the target (tweeting that while the OTHER theater was being evacuated, and everything was just fine so he should be just watching the show then).
And thirdly, there were many times he tweeted about a threat/swat but the records showed they happened after his tweets! The hastily deleted most of those, but some were archived either here or in Ona somewhere.
Again, I'm not a detective or savvy in anyway, but I hope somebody here is, and finds clearing this mess up an interesting challenge. Patty is a stupid man, I have no doubts he made a LOT of mistakes along the way.

"You're not exactly a prize yourself" is without a doubt the meanest thing you can say to a woman. It's got all of the bitchiness hallmarks of "I'm just saying this to help" and "no one else is going to be honest with you" without being dismissable for being over the top crude.
