They're talking about 15th century "European" colonisers, so they're probably conflating the trans-Atlantic slave trade with the Arab slave trade. Arabs would often castrate slaves to serve as eunuchs (which I guess could be called "gender reassignment surgery"). This was in part because of the classic "no knocking up the concubines" thing, but they'd also use them for lots of other roles. There's various answers about how many male slaves would be castrated - some estimates as high as 60% - because of Arabic beliefs around eunuchs being able to be trusted and remain outside of corruptibility or something like that. Same deal with infibulation, to keep the women they'd captured pure virgins (if they were going to be used as concubines) or to stop them having kids and getting distracted (for domestic slaves).

As far as I'm aware this wasn't a practice European slavers engaged in because they didn't have the same beliefs (so wouldn't have had a specific reason to castrate their slaves), and wanted to use them in fields and be strong, and also they'd be far away so they'd want to breed slaves in America (thus castrating them would be actively unhelpful). Castration was occasionally used as a punishment, but that's about it. Unless they're implying the missionaries castrated people? I guess the Spaniards had some exclaves around that time and the Spanish Inquisition might have castrated people they deemed sodomites, but I don't really think the Inquisition were active there.

I guess if they're saying "from the 15th century onwards" and including the Scramble for Africa they might have a point, because colonialism did bring in Victorian-era sodomy laws into cultures that didn't previously have them, but it's a stretch to claim "gender reassignment surgery" was routine, because typically the penalty was imprisonment or death, not castration. Upon confrontation, they denied any association with the allegations of fetish for diapers - unfortunately for them, their disgusting troon mind couldn't keep their desire for deranged sexual activities private and posted to a political meme of someone (not sure) in diapers, in which they declared their disgust at seeing their opposite political figure wearing diapers DUE TO THEIR ENJOYMENT OF IT.

Upon discovery they changed their name to ArcaneBullfrog bon Discord - apparently too retarded to realize that their name change would be seen by users of servers they had previously been in.
