Nah, he lost the tug-of-war against Mauro and couldn't bench Simmons. I think Jon said he benched 80 pounds, which even if that's 80 per side + bar it isn't particularly impressive. He mainly works out for aesthetic to support his modeling side-hustle and lacks in power.

Jon lost tug of war against a >300 pound man and couldn't flat bench someone from the floor. Gonna workout sperg a little bit here, but having the ability to press your feet into the ground and arch your back is absolutely vital for a legitimate bench press in regards to strength potential. However I absolutely agree, if Jon is only able to bench 80 pounds that's very weak. 80 pounds on each side is decent, but nothing spectacular like you said.

I know a lot of people are shitting on Vance for his garage speech but I think it shows good character. He's considerate of his girlfriend's feelings and although he sounded kind of beta, he just wanted her to know that he's loyal and not gonna cheat on her or any dumb shit like that. Give the man a break for sounding whipped in the delivery, he's in a cold garage surrounded by weirdos talking to a camera, he's not gonna be at his most eloquent. Nobody would be under these circumstances.

If I spoke to my wife like this she'd ask me who I was fucking and why.
This doesn't show good character, it shows he has given her doubts previously, or hasn't shown her that he'd never stray to begin with.
It sounds like he's cheated before and needs to reassure her.
This is a preemptive speech over sharing a room, live on camera, with a woman over a high school level "challenge".
MOST people wouldn't sound like they're doing a challenge to insert their penis into another person.
