Imagine a tenant staying for free because fattie won't just get a job at burger king to pay to repair the front door, which was kicked in during a swaTTing
 
There are legal documents filed by the court (independent third party) confirming the payment plan and his fiscal responsibility. And he still denies it ! I don't think there is a psychologist educated enough to even begin to diagnose this guy's mind other than fat.

I have a few issues/thoughts with this.

1. If anyone were to find out why he's renting they'd never go for it. So renting is pointless cause the money is not going towards the property, but to pay quasi just so pat can say "We aren;t paying a dime, atalker! ENJOY MY SUFFERING, CHILD"

2. Anyone who rents that spot will instantly be caught in the crossfire between pat and tor anons who have a bone to pick with him. I'm really not cool with Pat purposefully using meat shields other than his double chin and his glory hole of a wife.

3. Pat is still a fat retard.

4. Who in their right mind would rent from Pat anyways? He was in the news for swatting (himself), and getting made fun of online. I would bet my left nut they'd do a background check on Pat and Nikki before renting.

They seem to be using a realtor though. I know back when I used to rent as a young guy I never had a reason to know the name of who owned the place until I signed a lease, and I honestly don’t think I ever looked or cared to look at that part of the lease. I felt like my contract was with the realtor/property manager, not the actual owner. I could have signed up to live in the site of a mass murder for all I knew, I just looked at the price, location, and whether I could take my dogs.

It's Technicality Tomlinson. The report states that Pat admitted to threatening PCJ, but denied the other threats. So when people say he threatened his wife and unborn child, he'll deny that because the report states that he denies having done that.
