I don't think we need receipts, even if we get them.

1. Only Patrick benefits from getting swatted. It gives him sympathy points, grounds for a potential lawsuit against MPD, and with that, a potential way out of the Quasi debt.
2. The timing of the swattings have been convenient for him. "Coinciding with the first pitch?" Only Pat would know that.
3. Both Kiwis and Rascals have unanimously condemned the swattings. Anyone who would hate Pat to the point that they'd spend hundreds of dollars trying to use the cops as hitmen would eventually show up here or there to brag about it.
4. Pat is a compulsive liar. He has lied about everything else, even in the teeth of evidence. Why would he be telling the truth now? Suck one cock, you're a cocksucker for life.
5. Rather than be smug about torswats being outed, he's being defensive about getting namedropped.
6. There's no proof that someone stole his name and used it to create a falseflag of a falseflag.

If I were MPD or the Feds, I'd be applying for search warrants of Pat's bank accounts and electronics. I'm not saying this as a Patposter; I'm saying this because the case against Pat, while circumstantial, is pretty apparent.

In all fairness, most swatting services are all alike. This is a common itinerary of services they offer. I guess it's probably ran by a younger teenager which would explain why they're acting fairly brazen and are charging a relatively amount of money.
He definitely has some affiliation in the right places whether he's legitimate or not, no one would specifically accuse someone else of "beaming" them otherwise.

Tomlinson's culpability with transaction history from either side. in my experience, this is where all the ragebaiting comes to a head, as was most recently the case with the GTA6 leaks - someone allegedly possesses critical material that'll cause massive ructions if released, teases releasing it... and never fucking releases it. then we're all left wilting blue-balled once the faggot successfully extracts their narcissistic supply from all the drama they roused.

Patrick's own stubbornness in this matter is what makes this so frustrating. he'll choose to do what he's always done: deflect, and spit soy on twitter. it's like he doesn't realize that it would strengthen his position and, in fact, earn him a lot of respect to pursue truth and justice in this matter by providing his details to the authorities, being cleared of any wrongdoing or involvement in these felonies, and then posting their statement alongside the information he provided to warrant said statement. i see no reason why he can't do all of this without "pleading the 5th" or giving away shit he doesn't want to in regards to his other antics.

He’s lying, they’re not trying to set up wallets in his name. They’re testing to see if he has a crypto and/or Telegram account by resetting the password or other tricks. Pat denied ever using Crypto, saying it was for criminals, and also denied have a telegram account. Yet there seem to be accounts ALREADY set up under his personal email and phone number.

As usual he’s just blowing smoke and lying like he lies about everything else. You can’t trust this guy’s word for dogshit.

So, here is a summary of the major events as I understand them:

1. Patrick is fat.
2. In his fatness, Patrick is SWATted 30 times.
3. Someone- either Patrick or a troll- used Torswats to SWAT Patrick, who is still fat, by the way.
4. Torswats is exposed by Vice. Patrick remains fat.
5. Torswats namedrops Patrick, claiming Patrick fatly refused to pay for 30+ SWATS.
6. Torswats drops one recording as proof of him SWATting Patrick. It's obvious Patrick isn't making the call because it's not fat enough.
7. Patrick, fat with rage, childs everyone on Twitter.

A couple of facts leap out from this. The first is that Patrick Sean Tomlinson is fat. The second is that it's proven beyond a reasonable doubt someone was using Torswats to go after Patrick.

The only thing in contention is who. Who is SWATting Patrick? We several possibilities:

1. Patrick. Somehow, his single brain cell cut through the fat and learned about Torswats. He then bought himself a few SWATtings to get sympathy and updoots on Twitter. As always, he did not think of the consequences, and may have the three letter agencies as well as Quasi riding his ass. The argument against this is Patrick's innate stupidity. He simply isn't smart enough to come up with this plan, let alone find Torswats and engage his services. There was also that recording where he belligerently woke up the neighborhood when the cops cuffed him. To my ears, he definitely seemed upset that this happened, which may rule out Patrick doing it himself.
2. Torswats. Torswats mentioned that Patrick stiffed them a couple hundred dollars. As was mentioned earlier, Patrick could've contracted the SWATtings and refused to pay the stalker child behind Torswats, resulting in Torswats providing a free service. The argument against this is the same as above: Patrick is simply too dumb to find and contract someone like Torswats.
3. A random troll. This seems the most likely, and the timing aspects Patrick mentioned are simply a coincidence. The problem would be who this troll is. Who would hate Patrick enough to do this? Neither the Pests nor the Kiwis want to see the prize pig killed. Perhaps someone he ticked off on Twitter? Someone from /b/ having a laugh at our expense? Fredrick Brennan trying to get revenge on Null? The problem with this argument is the timing. The SWATs were timed on several occasions for maximum impact, including occasions known only to Patrick (e.g., when he was at the Brewers game.)

At this point, the only thing to do is wait and see. Alternatively, if Torswat's Telegram was archived, we have a whole weekend to comb through it.
