Seeing this statement from fatty leads me to believe he got the boot for failing out of PT for insufficient progress. The goal was probably to strengthen his legs and regain the ability to walk (probably assisted by a walker). Jack did nothing except lay in bed, eat fast food, get rolled out to movies, and bitch about the lack of 5 star accommodations, when he should have been working to strengthen his lower limbs. He earned what he got.

The DnD backlash was very much a child of the Satanic Panic era that saw the Helen Lovejoys of America shrilly screaming about daycare centers, the Smurfs and Little Mermaid posters. It's long over and even the constant-fear evangelicals don't think about it anymore.

It's a small amount of blood in a series of short arcs, about chest height. Betting it's from a fingerstick blood glucose, either bedtime or they checked his AM CBG before he got up. (Other option: fingerstick INR. Either way, my headcanon is that Jack is being anticoagulated after his four strokes.)
Usually places like this change the sheets on your bath days. The other way to get a full bed change--other than asking for it with your words--is to have an accident and soak the sheets. So good job with your urination, Jack, or good job on the Noc aide's chux placement.
