If so, the message just says to call 911 in case of an emergency. It's unrelated to him being bonded out.

Oh he's far thinner. Weight loss has been achieved but he still has noodle arms. As for internet restrictions, that would be the SMART thing, but it's Virginia, so who knows?

Bond almost certainly means money was spent.

I would assume that having a stable living arrangement would be a condition of the bond. Or at the very least something he had to show he had before getting it.
