They don't even acknowledge that there is a spectrum of skeletal sex determination. It goes:

Female
Probable female
Indeterminate
Probable male
Male

But that's not even good enough!

Intersex people don't disprove gender binary because they are outliners that happening inside the binary. There isn't a single intersex condition that's same for males and females. That's how fundamental gender is to our biology. Even conditions that can confuse if you are male or female are still rooted on being a male or a female.

Currently I think the best evidence available is that Brianna Wu is an ugly woman with a suspicious past. Until something more substantial comes forward, that's what we've got.

They can't acknowledge it. If they do then they lose an argument point. As is it they can claim whatever they want knowing that normies take what they see on Twitter as gospel. Especially if it's coming from a person they see as an authority, like blue checks or large accounts. Or lots and lots of small accounts, repeat a lie often enough and it becomes accepted as truth.

Edit: if someone calls them out with the actual spectrum you mention, they can claim that most skeletons fall into the indeterminate area. Which sounds very plausible if you're a ignorant nigger like most Twitter users.

That's still not a third sex. Does true hermaphroditism even exist in humans?

Everyone gets bogged down in trying to define sex as a phenotype or genitals or chromosome thing. It's not those, because across species these things change. In some species the male is smaller. In some species it's the females that have two different sex chromosomes and the males have two of the same. Some species have the male doing the majority of child rearing. In some species it's very hard to differentiate between males and females.

Male and female have to apply across species so none of these work.

The sex you are is based on what gamete you are capable of producing (excluding any diseases rendering you infertile). Small/numerous vs. large/few.

Side note intersex sperg: humans can tolerate an excess of X chromosomes because, due to epigenetics, all X chromosomes but one are "turned off" in every cell.

Even if there is a human producing both gametes (true hermaphrodite) that's still not a third sex. There is no third gamete. Hence no third sex. Just a glitch of nature.

I like saying "are or would be" because they immediately start crying about intersex, women in menopause, men with testicular cancer - all bullshit attempts at moving the goal posts.

It's harder (but not impossible) to argue against "or would be" because you can just point them to that part of the sentence and follow it up with "in an ideal world" or the like.

They're just as likely to not respond to that statement at all, since it makes they're whataboutism harder.
